Welcome to the Respect Music Records. Respect Music Records was formed in 2007 to one day be a hub for Soul influenced Artists. Due to the huge downturn of sales brought on by digital formats & piracy, Respect Music has been in Hiatus after only dropping two releases in early 2008. Since these humble days, Respect Music has transformed into a company with many facets which aid in generating income to help develop further area's in need of such investment. Respect Music Records most likely being the most financially demanding but also one of the most essential marketing tools for Respect Music's success.
The 3 main sectors of Respect Music Records are the following:
1. Distribution and Sales
We have a small roster of Artists we represent by means of distribution of digital media and merchandise. Digital transactions will take place through our online store as well as a list of other online digital retailers.
2. Publishing and Syncing
We are also establishing Respect Music as a publishing company to gain the rights to sync artists works to radio, the corporate sector, compilations, movies as well as any other opportunities that may arise and be beneficial to the Artists profile. Such benefits would be further establishing their fan base here in the Australian / NZ territory as well as generating them an income from royalties as a repercussion of this growing fan base.
3. Artist Development
Another service and asset to Respect Music Records is the readily accessible "Artist Development" services through sister company "Respect Music Entertainment". There we have all the means in producing any promotional material an Artist would ever need to complete their professional package for launching them into the industry. This is all designed by Respect Music's talented Design Team to suit your specific branding requests.
4. Respect Music Productions
We offer everything in audio production, from the recording of jingles and radio adds, through to the recording and mixing of original artist's works. We also have a license that enables us to provide in store background music for businesses as well as compilations for non retail purposes such as meditation or gym class'.
