Respect Music was established in 2005 on the Gold Coast, Australia, as a point of difference for local music fans. Respect Music promotes music inspired by funk and soul, from all over the world.

The business has transformed into a company diversifying it's services and expanding it's audience. Respect Music's services are as follows:

1. Respect Music Agency - Providing specialised entertainment to numerous clients, catering to their individual needs. This includes Bands, DJ's and even touring artists. We can supply whole shows inclusive of staging, production and lighting, through to, lounge bars, clubs and private functions.

2. Respect Music Membership - Interaction with our fan base is most important. We offer members many great benefits such as free downloadable DJ Mixes and photo galleries, discounts from our venue partners and our online store, guest lists, competition giveaways courtesy of our sponsors and business partners and a weekly E Newsletter with all news, info and calendar of entertainment. 3. Respect Music Marketing & Media - We offer design, photography, web development, audio visual production as well as strong social networking strategies and development. These services are typically utilised by venues but are also available for Artists to further their development.

4. Respect Music Radio - Our radio show is broadcast live to air every Sunday from 7pm - 9pm, and streamed live to the internet for our interstate and international listeners. Our show spans Hip Hop, Funk and Soul to Nu Jazz, Broken Beat and House. Everything great that you haven't heard is our specialty.

5. Respect Music Productions - We offer everything in audio production, from the recording of jingles and radio adds, through to the recording and mixing of original artist's works. We have a license that enables us to provide in store background music for businesses as well as compilations for non retail purposes such as meditation or gym class'.

Respect Music Publishing & Synchronisation - As a publisher of Artist's works for the Australian and New Zealand territory, we strive to gain further income and exposure for those Artists via avenues like synchronisation in films and TV. We also form strategies using their music on compilations, radio, and regularly on our DJ's playlists.
