The Mustard Trio

Mustard are a covers trio based on Queensland’s Gold Coast.

Mustard specialise in a style of covers entertainment that sets a fun atmosphere and captivates a sing-along crowd with acoustic funk and vocal harmonies.

The trio, all talented in a variety of instruments, play guitars, keyboards, ukulele, mandolin and an array of percussion to create an infectious vibe at your party or venue.

The trio met in 2008 when they worked together on a extraordinary piece of musical theatre (‘Still Standing’ by Margery Ford).

The great success of the show proved that an exceptional musical bond had developed throughout it’s season and the trio weren’t satisfied to stop there. So in the wake of the show they formed the new trio, Mustard.

However the Mustard boys wanted to do something more than be just another covers band. They wanted to create an acoustic instrument and vocal ensemble, that has the diversity and charisma to fit in at any venue, any time.

Mustard’s repertoire includes a very diverse range of cover songs ranging in era and genre. Sets can be tailored to suit your venue and demographic.

Mustard are sensitive to the response of your patronage and it can be guaranteed that the boys choose songs that are familiar, and enjoyed by the local scene.
