Stevie Keyse

Starting with classical training on piano and jazz training on saxophone Stevie would eventually become involved in a myriad of music styles, as a result he has carved himself a reputation as a dynamic musician and entertainer. Although achieving some small level of success with the rock/funk band “At Random” in 1997 (gaining radio play Australia wide), it has been his ability to reinvent and re-emerge that makes his performances so enjoyable.

With his love of everything dance Stevie is particularly skilled in lifting the vibe at any dance music venues. He is equally at home jazzing it up in high class lounge bar or on stage in clubs and festivals. It is his diverse talents that have taken him on tour in 2008 around Europe with funk/soul band Nude Continuum who supported the likes of Jamiroqui and Brand New Heavies. Stevie is featured on the Nude Continuum album released this year.

Honing his abilities for 20 years both in the studio and live Stevie has done it all. You can find him playing super sax riffs with Djs in clubs and venues around the Gold Coast and Brisbane most week-ends… But when required he’s on the mic, rockin’ the crowd singing his cool funk stylings, punching out kickin’ rhymes or sliding in smooth backing vocals.

A highly energetic experience Stevie is in constant demand and a must to the vibe at any venue.
