Inertia

Inertia is an acoustic trio they comprise of guitars, dynamic voices, hand percussion and beautiful harmonies.

Among their many performances Emma, Sean and Nathan have had the opportunity of touring the Mid-North and South – East coasts, playing to a diverse and ever – changing audience demographic.

Throughout their musical careers, they have worked with and alongside some big names within the industry. In 2002 Nathan accompanied Dave Gleefon (the Screaming Jets) in a one off concert in Newcastle NSW.

Emma has had various guest appearances over the years, supporting names such as Tim Freedman, Wendy Mathews Daryl Braithwaite and Jon English. In 2005 Emma was the major support act for a five show tour with Phil Emmanuel.Sean has been involved in a number of diverse ensembles including jazz, rock, and blues and has a keen passion for composition and riff writing.

All three members of the group were formerly based in NSW and as a trio have been building up a solid fan base on the Gold Coast for the past 18 months.

Inertia continues to write and perform their own songs along with a variety of crowd favourites covering many genres and artists ranging from classics like the Beatles, pub rock from Pearl Jam and Janis Joplin, through to the hits of today.
