GERRY MORALES, not only one of the most recognised, respected and favourite DJs of the Gold Coast, but promising producer, radio show host and co-owner of ‘Toomba Records’ store also belong to the title of this passionate DJ. In Queensland, there is not one major dancefloor left un-worked by Gerry’s trademark big room house, progressive and tech funk sound.

He’s also played various festival stages, including those at Climate 08, Indyfest 07, Odyssey 08, Oceans 30 and is a veteran of Summafieldayze. Not letting his work be limited by borders, Gerry has played interstate at ELECTRIC CIRCUS [Adelaide], LOCALIZM [Victoria], VELVET UNDERGROUND [Cairns], FLUID [Port Douglas] and boasts passport stamps from international dancefloors of UK, Holland, Peru, Argentina and Brazil.

Gerry has been so fortunate not only to play at such a list of amazing venues, but also to share stages with huge names such as Roger Sanchez, Benny Benassi, Axwell, Bodyrox, Groove Armada, Sneaky Sound System and Sander Klienenberg, to name a few. To complete his busy musical schedule, Gerry has started 2009 in the studio with aspiring production projects, aiming for a release later in the year as ‘SMS’ (Spring Mountain Studios). As brand new resident at QLD’s #1 nightclub, Platinum, once you see and HEAR him will you’ll understand the hype that’s earned him the rightful spot.
